How much weight can the GekkoPod hold?
The Gekkopod is designed for smartphones GoPros and pocket cameras. It can hold a light mirrorless camera but we are not recommending use with DSLR cameras.

You can purchase on GekkoPodstore.com using VISA, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Portuguese clients can also use ATM or Cash on Delivery.
How can I track my package?
You can find tracking information in your order shipment confirmation email, which is sent after your order has shipped.
How long does it take to ship?
All orders normally ship within one business day. Your shipping notification with tracking information will be sent when your package ships. **Please note – not all destination countries are trackable.
How long does it take to deliver?
– Portugal orders average transit times are 1-4 business days depending on the location.
– European orders average transit times are 5-8 business days depending on the location.
– Rest of the world orders average transit times are 10-15 business days depending on the location.
** Please note – Festival season (ex.: Christmas) may occur delays.
Will my package be trackable?
We send our packages via CTT Priority Mail, however, not all destinations are trackable because local courier policies of each countries.
What do I do if my GekkoPod breaks?
To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, you may either contact the dealer where you purchased your GekkoPod, or email GekkoPod Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, include your name, where you are located, when/where you purchased your GekkoPod and a photo showing the problem with your product. We will, at our discretion, replace your GekkoPod product free of charge. If your color is out of stock, we will contact you. GekkoPod will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms.
What is GekkoPod's warranty policy?
The GekkoPod warranty lasts one (1) year for all GekkoPod Products.
Product Exchange Policy
The GekkoPod don’t allow the exchange between a product purchased by the customer for another product that is available on the Website.
If the client wants to exchange for another product, should exercise its right to withdraw the same as what is established in the number 2 of terms and conditions and buy later, the new product you want.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
GekkoPodstore.com is committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction with our products. We accept GekkoPodstore.com return purchases 30 Days from ship date. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless product arrives defective or damaged. Please email email@example.com to initiate a return.
GekkoPodstore.com does not refund shipping costs on returned orders.
